How To Become a Citizen Scientist:

Choose Your Study
Start by selecting the study you would like to commit to participate in from our current studies list.

Fill Out a Form
Answer a few questions. Based on your replies we help you select from one of Brain Mechanics crowd sourced studies. Within a week of completing your questionnaire we will send you a notification whether you have been selected or not.
(Please note some studies are self funded, if you lack the sufficient funds, we give you the option to raise the fund by using our Peer 2 Peer Crowd Funding Platform, Instructions below).

Get Started!
When the study is ready to start, we will send you a kit containing the necessary tools (Wearables, test sample collections), access to our research platform, research group & support you on your journey towards gaining greater control of your biology.
How to Become a Fundraiser:

Choose Your Study
Start by selecting from our current study list the study you would like to become a fundraiser for.

Create Your Fundraiser
Participants to each study may need a significant amount of money, whether you are participating or want to support the cause, fist establish the amount you feel like would be achievable for your peers.
Inside of the donation page, click on "create fundraiser" button. It will provide you with a form allowing you to create your message.

Get Started!
Once you created your fund raiser, you will have a link for it. All it takes is for you to share this link with any social media site or your site. It's quite easy!
The more active you are at spreading the word, the more people react to your efforts by donating - the higher you stand in the ranks of Brain Mechanics Science Evangelist, the more unique perks you will earn.
